How long does shipping take for electronic devices?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that due to PACT Act regulations, an adult signature is required upon delivery for all electronic hardware.

What is the warranty policy on my device?

We offer a one-year limited warranty on electronic bases against manufacturer defects. Please note that atomizers and accessories are considered consumable items and are not covered under the standard warranty.

How do I clean and maintain my device?

To ensure longevity, we recommend cleaning your device with 90% or higher Isopropyl alcohol. Never submerge the electronic base in liquid; only soak the removable glass and atomizer components.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Due to industry regulations, we cannot currently accept PayPal or cryptocurrency for hardware purchases.

Can I return my product if I have already used it?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Used devices are final sale.

How do I verify if my product is authentic?

Every device comes with a unique serial number located on the bottom of the base. You can register this serial number on our official website to verify authenticity and activate your warranty.
