Puffco offers a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products purchased directly from our official website. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used vaporizers and glass components cannot be returned once they have been opened or used.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, tamper-evident packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team through the Puffco Help Center to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your device with all original accessories and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for its original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
